THE HISTORY

Often described as “the patisserie of the 21st Century”, La Pâtisserie des Rêves is greatly acclaimed in Paris and has won numerous awards including “Best Paris-Brest” from Le Figaro in 2010.
With stores across Paris and Japan, the boutique patisserie has arrived in London with its award-winning pastries and gateaux created by universally-acclaimed pastry chef, Philippe Conticini, who created the company with visionary hotelier, Thierry Teyssier.

THE CONCEPT

La Pâtisserie des Rêves has quickly gained a reputation for its breathtakingly delectable collection of cakes and distinctly playful décor that invoke the memory of childish pleasure.

THE TARTE AU CITRON

Discover the silky smooth taste of meringue, cut through with a layer of citrus lemon cream.

THE SAINT-HONORÉ

An homage to the patron saint of bakers and pastry chefs, this interpretation of the classic layers a crisp caramelised puff pastry base with lashings of cream and baubles of choux pastry filled with glossy crème pâtissière.

THE PARIS-BREST

The original Paris-Brest was created in 1891 to commemorate the Paris-Brest bicycle race. A reworking of the classic, this circular shape choux pastry represents a bicycle wheel and hides a delicious liquid praline heart within each and every bite.

The Éclair

THE ÉCLAIR

Discover this inventive reimagining of the classic éclair in a choice of two flavours - sumptuous chocolate or Italian coffee. Light choux pastry is nestled within an elegant chocolate coat - sink your teeth through this rich exterior to encounter a melting chocolate praline centre.

THE MILLE-FEUILLE

Made to order and assembled before your eyes, our team will layer crisp, caramelised puff pastry, with delicately hand-piped vanilla crème pâtissière.
